About this mod

Mainly balancing Mutagen/DarkEQ/ItemValue&Weight/CircleOfPower/Trophy etc, for Dark/Insane Mode. Compatibility: E.E 3.5.0.26 (A).

All mod file are latest, based on my E.E 3.5.0.26 (A) version of the game.

Mutegan
- Stats Buff balanced, Major now have similar value as Concentration/Madness. (Check photo for reference)
- Craftable, 3 Lesser for 1 Standard, 3 Standard for 1 Major. (Check photo for reference)
-- Recipe sold by Mysterious Merchant. (NOTE: He does not exist in Act3, vanilla setting)
- Buyable of 6 Base Type, quality of Lesser & Standard only. (Act1 Cedric/Act2 Myron & Cori/Act3 Cori)
-- Act1 Lesser 45% of 1~3 quantity, Standard 15% of 1~1 quantity.
-- Act2 Lesser 30% of 1~6 quantity, Standard 30% of 1~2 quantity.
-- Act3 Lesser 15% of 1~9 quantity, Standard 45% of 1~3 quantity.
--- Buyable Bullvore Brain, 100% of 1 quantity.
- Rarity Synced, Lesser = Magic, Standard = Rare, Major = Epic. (Mainly for balancing price and droprate)

EQ Stats (IMO vanilla stats are lame, most armor/weapon stats are more or less the same.. so I didn't bother on others as their are not beautiful)
- All 7 imported EQ are improved.
- All 3 Dark EQ set stats improved. (Armor/Pant/SteelSword/SilverSword)

Circle Of Power (Now you can actually feel the 5min buff and be useful about it, rather than just an unnecessary fleshy icon)
- Fixed vanilla bug for Vigor.
- Life, HP Regen +2, HP Combat Regen +1 > HP Regen +10, HP Combat Regen +5, Max HP +20%. (Max HP are Multiplier)
- Vigor, BUGGED > Endurance Regen +30%, Endurance Combat Regen +30%, Endurance Poison Regen +30%, Max Endurance +1. (3 Regen are Addition)
- Power, Sign intensity +20% > Sign intensity +20%, Sign Damage +5. (5 extra damage are useful on early game)
- Strength, Damage +20% > Damage +20%, Damage +5. (5 extra damageare useful on early game)
- Endurance, Armor +15% > Armor + 20%, Armor +5, Magic Reduction +10%. (Magic Reduction are Addition, 5 extra armor are useful on early game)

Potion (Only slightly adjust while keeping it's core, mainly to make them worth to use such as HP Regen)
- Visionary's potion, Gadwall, Swallow, Stammelford's philtre, Brock.

Trophy (Only slightly adjust while keeping it's core, mainly to give variety of choice base on play style.)
- Harpy, Bulvore, Troll, Kayran, Draug, Wraith, Draugir, Elemental, Gargoyle, Arachas, Werewolf, Golem, Medal.

Item Weight & Value
- ALL weight are HALVED.
- ALL item value adjusted accordingly the stats it's carrying & rarity. (In short, an empty stats common Axe cost less than vanilla value, an epic DarkArmor cost higher than vanilla value)
NOTE: If you use all my mod together, all item selling/buying cost will be pretty well-balance, simply check the file inside base_scripts for detail if you wish a clear number, as I already deleted my backup modding folder, so right now I can only describe what I remember base on tested/both route playthrough)

Misc
- Each Level Up give +2 Talent point.
- Resetting Talent give you +2 Extra point, if you choice not to fight the operator. (kinda trade off, personally I choose +2 talent over an ugly weapon :D)
- Medallion cooldown from 10 second > 5 second.
- Dark Weapon no longer have annoying colorless screen & sound effect. (You can keep the sound effect while remove grey screen, likewise)
- Dice Poker & Arm Wrestling now 100% win. (imo it's really uninterested & annoying, gwent from W3 are much much more fun to play)


I'm not sure if I miss something else, as I already done playing W2 weeks ago.
Either merge or choose one, as long as file name are different it will work with other mod.
