After you have installed FCR2
copy/overwrite all files from mod's Document folder to yours /Documents/Witcher2/
and files from CookedPC to your game folder /Witcher2/CookedPC/

Make sure you've enabled all 5 packs in game content manager (Launcher->Mods)
