This is Open Type Font in RAR format. Unpack it and instal in your windows - fonts folder. Use it like any other font. :) Use it freely without permission. Glagolitic alphabet are original Slavic (Croatian) alphabet that was in use from 7th till 13th century when it was replaced with Latinic letters. That is unique Slavic alphabet.
