Please read carefully the following information.
As SageThimbs is a Windows Explorer context menu extension,
there is no an executable file that you should launch to bring it up.
To use it, just open any folder with image files in Windows Explorer,
and then right-click a file you want to preview. You'll see the
thumbnail immediately in the context menu.
System Requirement
Windows 95/98/ME, Windows NT/2000/XP/2003/Vista/7 or higher, 32/64-bit.
About 1.5 Mb of disk space

This prgram sovled all my needs and then some!
I was using Nvidias DDS Wiewer on Windows XP and it worked great!
I then upgraded to windows 7 and when ever I copied and pasted over a dds. thumbnail while viewing it, windows would crash! So I then did some research discovied I wasn't the only one with this issue (turns out Vista had the same issues as well) anyway I discoved this program and it works great! It also shows other file formats as thumbnails like instead my blue photoshop psd images, now I can see the contents of them as thumbnails which is awesome!!!
