Comfy Couch v0.9b - small bug fixed (Enemy Boss Healthbar wouldn't show up)

If you want to use both mods (Comfy Couch v0.9 & Dynamic HUD v1.0) at the same time, you need to delete the old "comfycouch.dzip" and install this one ("ccouchdhud.dzip") instead.
