I didn't like the fact that geralt looke like he just stepped on a mine so i decided to try and remove most of the scars.I edited both the normal maps and the specular so traces of the scars won't show up that much.
To install place the cookedpc from the geralt body into your witcher 2 folder
I also made some new head textures one with a small goatee the other without
Just pick a version you like and replace the cookedpc in your witcher 2 folder
