In vanilla TW2, there are no herbs that fulfill the Fulgur requirement of alchemical mixtures. This file simply changes Balisse to provide Fulgur instead of Vitriol. Since herbs have no weight, this will save you some inventory space and make things a bit easier.
Currently, I do not know how to change tooltips, so the tooltip will still mention Vitriol.
Installation:
1) Add this file to your CookedPC\items directory.
Uninstallation:
1) Remove this file from your CookedPC\items directory.
2) Spin in a circle three times while singing "What If God Was One Of Us" in Korean.
