The environmental textures from "AI Upscale Textures" are all-around more complete and higher-quality than these. Really this mod should be marked deprecated so people would stop downloading it, quite frankly.
Just posting to recommend the "AI Upscale Textures" mod (released in 2019) over this one, which is 100 times better. This is an old 2012 mod with only environmental textures that are sharpened. I played with this mod for 5-6 hours and then switched to the AI Upscaled textures and let me tell you the difference is huge. With this mod, it feels like just the sharpness level is set to the max, all the while most textures that are not replaced look muddy. Overall it's not a very pleasing image. Plus it has a couple of bugs where you have to delete a couple of bugged files.
AI upscaled textures are super clean with no aliased, over-sharpened image. That mod is also complete and upscales each and every texture in the game. The AI method adds new pixels by predicting what colored pixels would be present if the textures were increased in resolution, instead of just sharpening the existing pixels, and is overall a much superior technique.
This was a good mod for 2012 but now just download the newer mod. Since this shows up first on the most downloaded list hopefully this comment will direct the players looking to mod their game to the better option.
I wish Nexus would stop promote this mod, it was good for its time but by now it has been outclassed in every way by "AI Upscaled Textures", which, besides covering a lot more stuff than this mod, is not just sharpening the Textures like this mod does but it actually gives them better resolution (it also does not mess up the dice board)
For clarification, this is for the other download that is included in Main Files for this mod on Nexus called High Texture Weapons. That is where you shall find the errant and unruly files to vanquish, 'pon my word!
This worked for me too ...... I only wish I had found it before I fought the Kayran because It made it a real PIA although I did beat it on the second try anyway but I may have got it on the first try if I didn't have that big colored box blocking my view

And this mod is an obvious graphic cheat that you can do yourself in Photoshop within 3 hours.

If you still see some strange reflections on the water, delete the "remains_human_01" whole folder.
