Thanks for showing me this! I was using RotWW while making this mod and it sends that it removed those textures whereas I haven’t. I’ll figure out which textures they are and fix it ASAP!
Quick update: I've managed to remove the wolf, now I just have to remove the little thing behind the "Exit Game" button.
Awesome. When do you think you'll update your files to remove the wolf medallion? I don't use RotWW.
Edit: I figured it out. There are 2 small files you can include from the mod Rise of the White Wolf Enhanced Edition - Powrot Bialego Wilka Edycja Rozszerzona found at https://www.nexusmods.com/witcher/mods/669?tab=posts.
Download the zip version and locate these two files that are found in the GUI folder. To get to that folder, go to the following folders:
Rise of the White Wolf > Data > z_zrotww > GUI
From there, add these two files to your Override folder.
Add the file ui_main_wolf.dds to remove the wolf logo. Add the file ui_main_pattern.dds to remove the "little thing behind the "Exit Game" button".
The Main menu Background looks absolutely sick. Where did you get the background from(without the logo)? Can I find it somewhere in the game files or can you share it?
It looks awesome, doesn't it? I got it from The Witcher 3 extras. If you have the game, you can get the background by downloading it from the game page if you got it from GOG, or by going into the game contents folder (under Wallpapers I think) if you got it on Steam. If not, it's one of the mod files as a DST, which you can convert with ImageMagick or another tool. If you need any help, please let me know!
However, for my taste, it strays too far from the original style and some of the textures are too blurry.
I modified the interface as well, but I tried to stay a little more faithful to the original design while still updating it to look more in line with the later titles. I haven't published it yet, however.
I wholeheartedly agree that it doesn't resemble the original style of the game, and I don't think this mod makes the menu particularly better. However, I did want a bit of a change of pace, and I noticed that there aren't very many menu mods out there. I also wanted to make it so that people could take this very basic mod (really my first one) and expand on it. I was basically just messing around with some files and I decided to post it.
Thanks for letting me know, maybe I'll try to add some better textures and such! Please let me know if/when you publish your version!
I take no offense and I thank you for your input! I've seen some of your mods and they look really nice! I hope to continue making some mods, or at least personal tweaks to other mods.

Edit: I've uploaded a new file version that should work. Please check it out and let me know how it goes!
Though it's obvious that it's more Novigrad style instead of Vizima

Keep on modding, I'd love to see what else you come up with!
PS: Mostly, I am also only modding things when they start to irritate me.
