    have you tested if it works with the scabbard mod? 
    Am currently using the complete sword overhaul together with the scabbards but I am thinking of switching to your mod because it's more authentic ( CSO has some Lord of the Rings swords that feel out of place)

    edit: it doesnt cause any issues but some swords have clipping issues because they use the defualt scabbard mod scbbards instead of their own. I also noticed the sihil for some weird reason is a black greatsword instead of a dwarvish sword.

    Hello, I recently played with your mod and this is what I thought: the first silver sword belonged to Coën, who was from the Griffin school, maybe it makes sense to remake the model to the appropriate one, and the wolf one as one of the variants of the rune sword? And there is no illegal sword

      I agree, this should be done, but you need to add it as a separate item and model, because many swords share the same 3D models.

    there's only one silver sword model for me, the standard one. It doesnt change when i get a rune silver sword or aerondight.

      Sorry but I'm really busy and I don't know when I'll update this, I have a lot of ideas to implement, a helping hand would be nice, but it's harder to find than a dwarf without a beard.

    I played Witcher 3. The controls are really good. but I can't really play this game. The controls really suck. Please change the controls. Can you do it like Witcher 3?

      Unfortunately, it would require changing the entire mechanics, which is currently not possible. The only option is to remake the game on Red Engine 3, Unreal Engine or Unity.

      Unfortunately, xoreos is different. The goal of project "is to have a portable program to play those games even on operating systems those games were never meant to be played on, such as GNU/Linux and Mac OS X". The only thing we can do more in xoreos is greater engine stability, which gives prospects for better graphics. In addition, the Witcher 1 engine has been heavily modified by CDPR, so there may be numerous complications in the implementation.

      Xoreos is so primitive right now that it’s hard to know what it will be like when it’s “done.” Improved controls is certainly something an engine reimplementation could achieve in theory, and while that may not be part of their plan now, it could be part of the project long-term. I didn’t mean that xoreos will let modders improve W1’s controls, but that improved controls might be something xoreos itself accomplishes.

      What you must understand is that The Witcher 1 was created with the top-down camera in mind and mouse controls. That's the way it was meant to be played. 3rd person camera was added late in development as an afterthought and the game is the least enjoyable that way. Hit F1 to go to the isometric camera and play the game the way it was meant to be played.

    I really hope sometime in the future you will add more assets from the later games besides the swords 
    Not that you haven't done more than enough for this game already

    I can't wait to see if you manage to bring character models, because the way geralt moves and stands still in The Witcher 1 looks awful.

      Unfortunately, the animations will not change, only the appearance of the model.
