Slightly increases passive regeneration and recovery rates from food etc. Mostly meant to reduce downtime outside of combat.
Made this for personal use, figured I release it in case anyone wanted to use it. Slightly a cheat, I suppose. Increased it up to what I feel it should have been, not an insane amount.
Just place the file in Data/Override
Incompatible, of course, with any other mod that changes witcher_atr_abl.lua
