Fixes the inability to complete or hand in 'Echoes of Yesterday' or 'Six Feet Under' after 'A Posh Reception' is completed.

Fix for Gold Rush problem by PhantomGamers

Problem:
Once 'A Posh Reception' is completed, the quests 'Echoes of Yesterday' and 'Six Feet Under' become mutually exclusive.
Completing 'Six Feet Under' with 'Echoes of Yesterday' active results in Geralt magically knowing about the 'Gold Rush' quest, causing EoY to fail.
Completing 'Echoes of Yesterday' with 'Six Feet Under' active results in a boy approaching you as soon as you exit the sewers, starting the 'Gold Rush' quest and preventing you from turning in 'Six Feet Under' unless* you side with Siegfried.
* I haven't tested if this even works, it might simply not let you complete it regardless.
This modified .qst file makes both quests' completion a requirement for Gold Rush to trigger.
This will only work if installed to a save game that was made before either quest has been completed.
To install:
(1) Download TWEditorEnhanced by boazy - https://witcher.fandom.com/wiki/Save_editor
(2) Run the program according to the instructions provided with it.
(3) From File->Open, open the save that you'd like to install the fix to.
(4) Click Actions->Unpack Save and select an empty folder of your choosing.
(5) In the folder you just selected, overwrite the file "q3042_bank.qst" with the file in this archive.
(6) Back in TWEditorEnhanced, click Actions->Repack Save and select the folder you chose in step 4.
(7) Done! Now you should be able to complete either quest without Gold Rush starting, and you should be able to complete the other quest!
