Tones down the brightness of the oils applied to the blades so they don't glow unnaturally.

I found the default oil coatings on the blades of swords to be quite ridiculous so I reduced the alpha value for them significantly.
INSTALLATION
1. Create a directory called "Override" in your "The Witcher Enhanced Edition\Data\" directory.
2. Place the textures from Immersive Oil in this directory.
3. Profit!
ISSUES? SUGGESTIONS?

- INCREASE RESOLUTION OF ALPHA MAP
- ADJUST ALPHA TO INCLUDE SPORADIC SHINY AREAS
- GET RID OF SWORD GLOW DURING SWORD SWINGS (apparently not tied to oil effects/textures)
