Is it possible to iplement a change to his stubble? It doesn't look right that his hair and eybrows are white, (if you choose white eyebrows), and that his stubble is "blackish". It would in my opinion look better if it was white, and it would be lore friendly;)
Looks good. Geralt's mug now looks much closer to the later games. I grabbed this mod over similar mods availabe because I just finished "The Last Wish" and I wanted him to have the Striga scar, and the wounds look,... fresher (for lack of better term) due to the texture tweaks. It's little detail things like this that make mods fantastic. Endorsed!
hi, just a reply to this: I found out what was causing it; it was a mod called texturen that had faulty hair textures. If you want to fix this, just delete the "geralt_h1.dds" file and his hair will be back to its beautiful, flowing self.
Thank you for this mod, Geralt looks so much better with this texture. I don't think I would've managed to play the game with his ugly vanilla face. Now he actually looks kinda handsome.
To preface, I think this re-texture looks awesome. My fiance would constantly talk about how amazing and story-rich the Witcher series is, so I gave it a try. I sincerely tried to get into the first game and love it, but I could not get over how bad he looked. I know that sounds incredibly shallow, but part of the fun is having a protagonist that you can relate to or enjoy looking at...or even customize to your liking. I never read the books, so I know that I'm missing out on the lore that most hold dear. I was just wondering if this mod would work with the black hair mod created by swissguy, and if not, do you know of any mods that would be willing to add that as a possible option? It's just hard to look at him. The second and third installments have several mods that do this, but the first game seems to be lacking those mods (which makes sense, but I figured I'd give it a shot). Thanks!
So I see that there's a white eyebrows version, but on top of that could you have it where his stubble is white too in the optional version? It's really weird seeing his five oclock shadow being black despite all his hair being white lorewise including his stubble and beard.
This is pretty nice. The white version looks so much better than any other geralt mods I've seen. As an added bonus, this is the only face retexture which doesn't conflict with rise of the white wolf. The bandana bug was really annoying.

Anyone got any idea what could be causing this? Or is this part of the mod?
