Damn, I forgot about this mod and now I can't complete Berengar's Secret swamp phase, because Coleman is dead in my game... xD

Is this compatible with Project Mersey?

There will be conflicting files so I recommend installing that mod on top of mine because it got more fixes. You can either look for similar file names or the faster way will be to put all the files from each folder inside the ...\The Witcher Enhanced Edition\Data\Override and then replace with files from Project Mersey (again no sub-folders).

I just noticed a major oversight with your Velerad tweak, basicaly Velerad now becomes hostile to you REGARDLESS of with faction you chose to support in Gold Rush. I just did that mission twice, in one I choose to enter the bank alone and betrayed Yaevinn later in the mission, in the other I choose to enter the bank with Siegfried and killed every single elf in my way. In both scenerios Velerad became hostile to me once I talked to him later in the watchtower. It wasn't until I removed your tweak that he finally accepted talking to me and playing poker again.

There are 3 angry replies in Velerad dialog tree that require you to have helped the Scoia'tael. Instead of completely deleting these replies I've decided to set it to occur ONLY if you DIDN'T help them. So this file was meant to be used only when siding with elves. Guess what happened is instead of removing the replies from the pool, the game now just cycles between them and the "good" ones. And when I was checking if it works I happened to stumble across the working one and assumed everything's OK. I will upload updated file as optional but sadly won't be able to test it. Thanks for the info.

Hi there. I have a doubt about the optional phase from "Worth it's Weight in Gold." How and where does it happen? Because in all my playthroughs I've never managed to make it appear.

Apparently they're at the landing in the swamp and you may have to have progressed the Missing Brickmaker Boy quest

Yes, the mod is independent from localization. Though I'm not sure whether the optional phase from "Worth it's Weight in Gold" is translated or voiced.

"(if you decide to mod "Dice Poker: The Professional" you will not be able to play with Koster and can only ask Dandelion about sharpers in act IV);"

Wait, so does this mean if I use your mod it'll remove those options, or not?

Yes, it's either using the mod and missing 1 sharper or not using it and missing 4 professionals. I couldn't do it otherwise because professionals are spread out between act 3 and 4 and you can't travel between those locations.

So is there no way to get all the professionals and sharper? Which is more worth it, in your view? This is my first time playing the game and I'm wanting to get as much story potential out of it as I can.

Theoretically it is possible by making sharper quest not to require finished professional quest to play with sharpers. As I said before I couldn't do it because there's a hidden trigger, set after completing professional quest, which prevents that. As for your choice: the sharper in act 3 is kinda generic one while every other dice player is witcher's friend/acquaintance/unique character; XP wise you'll get 400xp for one sharper or 800xp for 4 professionals. If this is your first playthrough I'm almost sure you'll miss something. I've replayed act 2 three times to finally get it right and by the end of the game I still have missed some NPCs from other acts (that were generic by the way) which provide unique dialogues and gifts.

Well I knew I was going to miss things in storyline, but if it's where the other professional quests are with more interesting people than Koster, I'll go with it. I just was wondering how important Koster is as well.

So you're adding more traveling back and forth to an already traveling hectic game. Sorry. Didn't like this mod.

You added the formula to Gramps' body? You're supposed to pick between the items for sparing him or the extra experience for killing him. Doing what you did makes it pointless to ever spare him.

Well that's the whole point of it to make the choice that much easier. I didn't want to miss the formula and gramps is kinda evil. Besides, it's not that he "teaches" you this formula (like only adding journal entry) but actually gives you the scroll, so it makes sense that he has it on his body.

Evil as though he may be, a witcher is no executioner. That's why it's even a choice in the first place (a hard one, as it's supposed to be). Could you make a version with just the Azoth fix, if it's not too much to ask?

I mean, if you play a neutral witcher, it makes no sense to kill him and later tell Dandelion that you "only kill humans in self-defense".

I've added optional file that should remove the formula. Changes are made only in .utc file so new game is not required.
