About this mod

The mod rebalances and organises the level and experience values of characters from the two factions: The Order and Scoia'tael. The vanilla character files contained misc errors, out of place experience values and an incoherent level system.

Changelogs
As mentioned in the main description, their character files revealed misc errors which I've fixed, namely incorrect gender of female elves and erroneous race of quite a few elven and dwarven characters. But most importantly, inconsistent level and experience values, often illogical, a basic Footman of The Order having twice the level and experience compared to a Knight of The Order? Not anymore.

It took some time, but I managed to have separated distinctive ranks. Obviously, there are more types of Scoia'tael.

The Order:

Order Footman - the lowest rank of soldiers in The Order, basic equipment and training: 10 lvl (100xp)
Order Crossbowman - specialised in ranged warfare, weak in melee: 12 lvl (120xp)
Order Scout- responsible for scouting missions, which usually shouldn't involve fighting: 12 lvl (120xp)
Order Squire - in training to become a Knight, better trained than Footman, but still some ways to go: 14 lvl (140xp)
Order Scouts' Commander - the leader of scouting parties, this time I was content with the vanilla values: 16 lvl (150 xp)
Order Knight - almost the elite of the Order, well trained and heavily armoured: 20 lvl (200xp)
Patrick of Weyze - rank of knight, but since he's a quest character, some extra xp: 20 lvl (250xp)
Order Commander - the elite of The Order, heavily armoured and very dangerous: 25 lvl (300xp)

Scoia'tael:

Scoia'teal Archer/Huntress - usually female elfs, using bows, weak in melee: 12 lvl (120xp)
Scoia'tael Scout - same as with their Order counterpart, scouting and usually not engaging: 12 lvl (120xp)
Scoia'tael Warrior - presumably a young dwarf with an axe, but relatively not much experience: 12 lvl (120xp)
Socia'tael Axeman - a tougher type of dwarf, who's specialised in axe fighting: 14 lvl (140xp)
Scoia'tael Swordsman - a sword wielding elven warrior, the substitute of Axeman: 14 lvl (140xp)
Scoia'tael Healer - an elven mage, using her powers to support other warriors: 15 lvl (150xp)
Scoia'tael Scouts' Commander - as with The Order counterpart, it's left as in the vanilla: 16 lvl (150xp)
Scoia'tael Berserker - a dwarven warrior using battle-rage in combat: 16 lvl (160xp)
Scoia'tael Swordmaster - an even better skilled version of Swordsman: 16 lvl (160xp)
Dwarven Berserker - a warrior well trained in using his rage, well armed and dangerous: 20 lvl (200xp)
Commando Leader - the elite of Scoia'tael, well armoured, armed and skilled with blades: 25 lvl (300xp)

1.2, among a few more characters, adds Rayla (The Order) and Toruviel (Scoia'tael). Since both ladies are important characters, a few details:

By default, Rayla is 16th lvl and 100xp - increased to 300xp. Not more:
Spoiler:
Show
Her second appearance, when we meet her on our way to Javed, is 30th lvl, 600xp. I like these values, so I've just added half the xp to the "normal" Rayla. I've also corrected the second Rayla's category from human to inhuman - she doesn'r resemble the spirited warrior she was anymore.

By default, Toruviel is 16th lvl, 100xp and human in her files - increased to 160xp and changed her category to an elf.

The characters fixed are mostly combatants, but I've also fixed errors for some non-combatant elves. All combatant characters have permanent bodies on.

I'm tempted to check the Salamandra characters too, but I think that having fixed the inconsistencies with The Order and Scoia'tael is well enough.
