There's been another issue for years, with the two energy regeneration talents in the Stamina tree, giving wrong bonuses. I remember it had been fixed in Flash's Flash Mod, many years ago - my mod fixes it for the vanilla game.

On the contrary to the descriptions, the regeneration talent from the 2nd Stamina level was actually higher than its "better" counterpart from the 3rd level. To make it even more interesting, the erroneously bigger 2nd level bonus worked only when one was poisoned - it also shouldn't have happened.

Many players may have been playing the vanilla game for years without knowing about it. It was fixed in Flash Mod only, the Flash Mod's successor, FCR rebalances the talents completely, so one doesn't have to worry about it there. The values are correct now, meaning, that the 2nd level regeneration bonus has a working, correctly lower value, and the 3rd level talent gives a higher bonus - now it's true to the description. I have added a few screenshots, to refresh the memory of those, who don't remember the Stamina tree at the moment.

Additionally, an optional file regarding the cost of casting the Signs.
In the books, the witcher Signs are being cast very rarely. But that's what makes them mysterious and unexpected. They're also not very powerful, at least when compared to 'real' spells. The optional file slightly changes the cost of each Sign, but the cost is still manageable in the game. But if before you were able to cast two Signs in a quick succession (e.g. 2x 15 Endurance, when you have 30 Endurance), now you'll cast one, and will have to recharge a bit before casting the second. With the Stamina Regeneration talents now working correctly, you'll regain the energy soon, but at least it'll be slightly harder to cast a Sign after Sign.

I've also made each Sign's cost consistent (they weren't all consistent) and fixed double cost line in 5th level Igni code; I don't know if the doubled line doubled the cost at all, but corrected it anyway. The cost values won't be changed in the talent tree descriptions - I've chosen not to change them, in case a player wants to revert to the vanilla values without a problem. But the stamina bar on the screen will adjust accordingly and the changed cost works flawlessly.
