This mod removes the cooldown period for the AR Cloak gadget, allowing you to immediately re-cloak upon it running out or manually disabling it. Very rarely it'll get stuck for a short period of time.
THIS DOES NOT AFFECT DURATION! That's what I tried to do but I could only remove the time it takes to recharge.
