This serves the same purpose as my "Ultra Low Settings" mod for Watch Dogs 2, reducing the graphics settings to much lower than normally possible, granting a substantial performance boost on low-end hardware. It does make the game a lot uglier but strangely not too bad while freeroaming. Skin does turn green when in the dark for some reason, and interiors can have rendering issues, but all in the name of performance, right?
