This mod gives you ability to play with a very cool but removed outfit that was shown on Alexandre Jean-Philippe's Artstation page. Not exact to the artstation post because models are different.

This mod replaces some clothing items seen in the dedsec vending machine with never before available outfit that was removed from the game.
Replaced:
-Track Jacket Horror Show
-Lazy Pants Black Sweats
-Street Shoes Knife Runner
Installation:
paste the .dat and .fat file to WATCH_DOGS2/data_win64
And make sure your game is up to date...
