This mod removes the annoying hollow dot crosshair/reticle in the middle of screen which is present while walking around and being unarmed.
A lot of people asked for it, so i'm leaving a standalone release (since it's also included in Ultimate Overhaul Mod, but some might want just the reticle gone)
Installation:
paste the .dat and .fat file to WATCH_DOGS2/data_win64
And make sure your game is up to date...
