Dunno if anyone still plays this. As usual I got annoyed by not being able to skip the intro movies.
Just unpack the files into "Watch_Dogs2\data_win64". Also, start the game with -eac_launcher option (no multi player as the EAC apparently catches all mods, I haven't tried without the option as I don't play online anyways).
