All vehicle settings were based on 2013, August 5 build.
Now you can feel the weight of the car you driving, slow turning, slow acceleration and more. Simply drag and drop to patch from Main folder to install the mod. You can also install Optional files to have more effects in gameplay.
P.S. I know there's similar mod in modding server, but it is buggy and crashes your game.
