Dont use this mod , completly crashed my game . When i installed this mod and replaced the patch dat and fat files my game opens and then intro part comes with black screen and game shuts itself. This mod is a waste of time. Now ill have to find and get the patch dat and fat files again. If anyone has that please share.
I can confirm. Used "Watch Dogs Mod Installer" to install this mod. And game just shuts down at the same place mentioned above. Thankfully the Steam's Verify integrity of game files was able to save the game into a working condition easily.

All I did was put the no intro 'ui' folder along with the other mods there and combined everything with the patch installer. Everything working fine.
Why is the one version only a couple kilobytes while the other is ~45MB uncompressed?? What the hell else is being compiled in the patch files that excessively bloats their sizes??

This wastes so many people's time doing research on just because of the false assumption that everyone would already know.
I feel like NexusMods should make it mandatory, it would benefit so much from it.
An installation instruction is a MUST!
I believe you just unzip and replace these 2 files.
