General informations
During the Development InXile made character presets that suck so badly that they had to give them best trinkets in the game (at least for Yuri and Bronco)and decided it would be great idea to made such powerful items EXCLUSIVE to PRESET CHARACTERS
i might lack words to describe how great idea it is to pay any minds to preset characters in make own character game...
What is it for?
- Save load you in the rangers HQ right after dialogue with Patriarch
- Young Rangers have +5% hit chance and +10% range damage trinkets - 5% hit chance apply even if you would have 10% as raw +5, it is earlygame trinket, but very good one at that
- Punks Goes with 4% Hit Rate and 10% Crit Chance trinkets, both very powerful
- Both Saves ware played in Min-maxy way all the way to Ranger HQ - higher Charisma character get most Action EXP, but not all of it
How to install:
You start from finding folder: C:\Users\Your user NAME\Documents\My Games\Wasteland3\Save Games- you can just Start > Documents and find my games from here
- you need to take the Save files from inside the Zip
- and drop them into folder SAVE GAMES
- ONCE that done, you can play
- Save should be oldest in your drive (i hope), i personally wipe all my old saves to replay the game without past distractions (would like NG+ of some kind)
Save Conditions:
- Both Saves Played on GOG version of Wasteland 3 Colorado Collection - i finally have PC to run it
- Game run on "good" difficulty (not supreme jerk, but hard) default set of rules
- Hat and +EXP star Equipped asap
- Ranger Jodi Saved
- Robot patrolling the ice destroyed
- Cat saved
- Mine disarmed
- Everything looted
- Bonus exp from dialogues taken
- Both Teams are at level 3 and 4, which means custom rangers will have level 4
- Ranger HQ should be untouched and should give you total 200$+ for 3rd ranger
Additional notes:
- i used the mod myself when returned to the game recently
Honestly i think it could be played slightly better (level 3 in ranger HQ), but i doubt it myself- Done, both presets have level 4/3 so you can make new rangers level 4, therefor Saves are optimal
