Ultimate New Game Plus Start. Included is a Save Game File with all Stats/Skills/Perks maxed out. Let us just call them the Seal Team of the Ranger Corps.

Overview:
I only recommend this save game file for those who have already completed the game at least once. This save game is overpowered. With this file, you will not have to worry about cash, armor, or even medkits (JK).
Meet the Rangers:
Codename: Eagle (Leader)- SMG Specialist, with her trusted feline Major Tom
Codename: Hawk- Assault Specialist
Codename: Sparrow- Heavy Weapons Specialist
Codename: Crow- Sniper Specialist
Codename: Party Pal- Medical Tech (Kinda)
Vehicle:
Kodiak comes fully upgraded.
Chassis: Dominator Chassis
Weapon: Clearcutter
Mortar: Cluster Bomb
Armor Plating: Impact Vehicle Plating
AI Module: Morningstar AI Module
Utility: Turbocharger
Installation:
Step 1: Download save game file
Step 2: Place the "New Game Plus" file in your save games folder.
Step 3: While in-game load the save and BAM!
Step 4: Rekt or tame the Wastelands however you see fit.
Please Note:
Rangers can be subbed out if you feel the need for a challenge.
