Just a Microsoft Word template that I made to graphically organize and plan my team. (Updated to DC)

Update v2.1
Added some more icons for ammo and redesigned the Items section.

Redone for Director's Cut, perks and quirks, also extended reference tables, all what I need to plan my build, hope it helps.
Fonts used: Ethnocentric (titles), Corbel (bio), Calibri (skills)

Corrected some typos and added icons of the armors and weapons with special effects in characters.
Required: Microsoft Word 2003 or above.
I've made a template to organize my team and I've uploaded it because maybe it would be useful to others. Is pretty simple, its only "complexity" is a field to calculate all Skill Points without macros so must be updated manually (follow the mini-tutorial at images section). It also has all icons from Abilities, Skills and Items to copy and paste in their corresponding cells according the example uploaded. And I think that's all.
Note: I've noticed that in my current version of MS Word (2010) the update field command produces a syntax error, investigating I've solved it by changing the commas (,) by semicolons (;) in the formula, if yours is not working, just edit the formula by highlighting the field, then [right click -> Edit field... -> Formula] and replace commas or semicolons according your version.
