As I struggled to find some custom portraits for my characters that both looked cool *and* fit together stylistically, it occurred to me that the loading screen art sure had some snazzy looking Rangers in it.  Even better, three of the characters shown plainly have outfits that are specifically creatable in the game itself.

I messed around for awhile and saved a lot of different versions for each character (except Uzi Dude, I feel I pretty much nailed him the first time).  I've included them all, so you can cherry-pick. I recommend cycling through them all in-game for the best framing impression (I named them in an order for that purpose). 

It was tricky working around Vargas, and Obscure Shotgun Guy in the back isn't ideal, but I did my best. I created all of these from the 1920x1200 art, so they're as high-res as possible.  I have NOT resized these to the 'standard' 256x256.  It isn't actually necessary that you do so, only that the image is a 1:1 pixel ratio.  If for some unforeseen reason people need them to be 256x256, it's extremely simple to do with photoshop (which I have), so if requested I'll upload a resized pack.
