Hello mexicanmuscel- I think you uploaded the wrong file. Download the file you uploaded and look at it... the skin you uploaded looks nothing like the screenshots you show. I think you may have uploaded the original skin files by mistake.
In any case, I've been able to get all of the other skins I've downloaded from the WTNexus without any issues at all. This is the only time I've not seen any difference from stock when activating the skin in game.
