All characters are max level, max promotion. All characters unlocked for story play, most characters have been unlocked in Infinity mode. I will continue to update it as I unlock new characters and/or weapons. Right now, the only character with a weapon that has been crafted is Athena
Installation: BACK UP YOUR FILES Copy the 3 files that are not the "Read Me" to your saved data folder. Usually Documents > KoeiTecmo > Warriors Orochi 4 > Saved Data Replace the existing files Endorse and Enjoy
The read me is just another copy of installation instructions
