Navigate to %userprofile%\AppData\LocalLow\Owlcat Games\Warhammer 40000 Rogue Trader\UnityModManager\ For example, the path might look like this: C:\Users\PC\AppData\LocalLow\Owlcat Games\Warhammer 40000 Rogue Trader\UnityModManager\
Create a new folder in the UnityModManager directory and unarchive the mod archive there.
Launch Rogue Trader and after reaching the Main Menu you can hit ctrl+F10 to see the mod manager window.
Usage To use:
Click the button in the FreeRespec mod section of the UnityModManager GUI (opened by pressing CTRL + F10).
Pick one of the four different modes:
Free: Respecs are always free.
Always pay x: Respecs will cost a certain amount you can choose.
Pay at most x: Respecs will cost the normal amount but stop getting more expensive after reaching a certain amount you can choose.
Normal Game Behaviour: Literally normal game behaviour.
Since using Mods normally disables Achievements, I suggest also using the Allow Modded Achievements mod or Toy Box to re-enable them.
