   I get an error when trying to apply the mod using the modpacker, this is the error message I get::
   
   javax.imageio.IIOException: Can't read input file!
   at java.desktop/javax.imageio.ImageIO.read(ImageIO.java:1308)
   at me.andre111.halleytool.gui.ApplyModsGui.lambda$7(ApplyModsGui.java:317)
   at me.andre111.halleytool.gui.BusyWindow.lambda$run$0(BusyWindow.java:27)
   at java.base/java.lang.Thread.run(Thread.java:834)
   
   I've tried selecting the mod both from the zip file, and the hmd directly after extracting, but neither works.

      I didnt change any of the sprites directly, i only changed the wargroove_palette.png and replaced the red nose colors with skin colors
