The pack contains all of the CGI cinematics for the original game remastered and upscaled to 1080p extracted from Blizzard Collector's Edition DVD.
Just replace them in the folder: '...\Warcraft 3\Movies'. So they will play at a higher resolution during the game.

NOTE: if you cannot see cinematics at all in your game and you were looking for a mod to fix it:
Just run CMD as administrator and enter the following command:
regsvr32 "C:\*game path*\Warcraft III\blizzard.ax"
i.e. regsvr32 "E:\Games\Warcraft III\blizzard.ax"
this will install the weird codec modules that Blizzard used back then.
If not google K-Lite_Codec_Pack and install it.
