GenericMod is a mod for Volcanoids that acts as not only a normal mod, but also as a framework, to allow others to easily add new recipes.
Adds a new lava source to keep volcano running after end game
Adds a recipe to produce T2 Alloy using 10 Tier 1 Alloy
Adds a recipe to produce T3 Alloy using 10 Tier 2 Alloy
Adds a fifth tier track
Adds a fourth, fifth and sixth tier core
Adds a fifth and sixth tier hull
Adds a fourth and fifth tier engine
Adds a ton of new bulk recipes
'Creative Mode' Changes all recipes to only require 1 coal and adds a recipe to make 50 coal from 1 copper ore
Adds Tungsten and Unobtainium
Installation Instructions:
go to
%userprofile%\appdata\locallow\Volcanoid\Volcanoids and create a new folder called Mods, extract and move the mod to the newly created Mods folder and then launch the game
Do NOT touch the file structure!
It should look like this:
Volcanoid\Volcanoids\Mods\GenericMod
to enable Creative mode just go to %userprofile%\appdata\locallow\Volcanoid\Volcanoids\Mods\GenericMod and create a text file called InfiniteInventory
Github will always be the newest, however you will have to build it yourself: GenericMod (github.com)
Steam will be ahead of nexus most of the time: Steam Community :: Guide :: How to Install Generic Mod
