A mod that allows you to craft sand from pulverized rocks, expanding the supply of the latter. It also allows you to craft Blue and Fire Clay from Shale and Claystone.

In short, this mods adds 3 important things:

  •  More crushed stone variants.

Adds crushed Sandstone, Peridotite, Granite, Andesite and more, along with the ability to make them with the Pulverizer, as shown in these images. Bauxite also shown for reference.

Keep in mind that igneous rocks and similarly strong rocks require Tier 3 pounder caps (Iron) to be crushed.
  • Craftable sand and gravel (1.0.0 photo, deprecated)

Yes, now with your Crushed rocks, you can put them in a grid like is show in the image to get a full Sand Gravel Block! (That is why, if you noticed, this mods only adds crushed rocks that already have sand and gravel variants)

Don't worry anymore if you fear running out of Sand for panning or for Mortar Crafing.
  • Giving Shale and Claystone uses to craft Clay.

Yes, you read it right! You can put Crushed Shale or Claystone (And from 1.1.0, also the entire blocks) in a Barrel with water to get Blue and Fire Clay respectively! As both rocks are rich in clay particulates in real life and are used to actually make bricks, I though it would be quite fitting to give these stones that extra utility.

You need 2 crushed shale/claystone and 5 liters of water to make a single unit of blue/fire clay, mainly for balance purposes.

Note: This mods opens the door for a sort of Skyblock: Vintage Story edition, as flowing lava in contact with flowing water will cause the first to turn into basalt, creating an endless source of stone, and now, with this mod, even for the pickaxes to mine it, as pulverizing basalt and turning into sand effectively grants you with an infinite copper source and, if you are patient and/or lucky enough, infinite bronze, clay, flint, brass and many other things! All this provided if you get your hands on Iron Pounder Caps and a way to have the Pulverizer running.

Use the mod as you please. No strings attached. Well, with one: Do not claim that the mod is of your own making.

You can republish it and use it as you want without my permission and wherever you please (Even the official Vintage Story Page or even game itself if you are the Developer Team), yes, but with the condition that you link your publication of this mod to THIS place. After all, is here where I will post patches and updates.

Hope you enjoy it!
