Generate random general attributes for legendary weapon.
And add a new random attribute slot to legendary weapon.
Weapons sold by vendors do not get random attributes.

For loot weapon, will get random attributes.
New recipe: Any legendary weapon + 1 Demon Soul = Random general attributes.will get the fourth attribute for 3 attributes legendary weapon.

Install:
Copy the lua file to MODS folder.
