The clouds in Victoria 3 look like crap, so I removed them.
After being asked to also remove the godray sunshine, I did that too.
Someone asked on the steam workshop for the mod to upload it here too, so I am.

Unzip this file and put it in your mod folder (Documents\Paradox Interactive\Victoria 3\mod)
