Using /wiki without commands now opens the wiki's front page

Initial upload
This plugin provides a single /wiki command to the game as per Ocenau's request on the forums. You can open the community wiki from within the game, or open a specific page by providing a command.
Installation and removal: This plugin can be added and removed from your game like a normal plugin. Drag and drop into your device's plugins folder, or download with Vortex.
This plugin can be optionally managed by Neoloader as a "compatibility" plugin. If you are using Neoloader, make sure to enable this plugin in the management interface.
Usage: Use the /wiki command in chat to open your browser to the community wiki's front page. Use /wiki <command> to open a specific page on the wiki. spaces will be replaced with underscores, as per the wiki's page formatting.
