Re-adds all the debug hotkeys, slight modification to some of them.

X: Level up
L: Add 1000 coins to your total (scaled by greed and map modifiers)
H: Heal
Z: All weapons including passives and unobtainable items
I: Invulnerable
T: Skip to next minute
O: Player dies
P: Time Stop (uses a time freeze)
E: Spawn max enemies
F: Fire all weapons
K: Trigger rosary
G: Penta Chest
V: Vacuum
MouseWheel: zoom out (Cannot zoom back in so be careful)
J: Unlock coffin character screen preview
B: Spawn destructibles
N: Open arcana menu
M: Max Movespeed (Toggleable)
