An ENB that gets rid off the magic ambient light, resulting in a night time Los Angeles that doesn't look like a particularly cloudy afternoon.

This ENB setup has been tweaked back and forth until I found a balance that all but eliminates the horrible lighting issues in the original game by toning down the extreme ambience-lighting and allowing the actual light sources to, well, shine!
After playing with it for a while it becomes painfully obvious just how unfairly kneecapped Bloodlines' wonderful lighting design got by the rushed release.
Ever thought the stealth system felt dumb with its seemingly senseless light-meter? This fixes that in an instant; see picture gallery for a direct example of a now-obvious hiding spot in what is actually a very intuitive system.
To install, simply drop the contents of the zip into your root Bloodlines folder, where Vampire.exe is located. Press SHIFT+F12 to toggle the ENB ingame; useful for comparison or simply to get out if stuck in a very dark place. To run alongside ReShade, simply rename the ReShade d3d9.dll as "Reshade32.dll" and change "EnableProxyLibrary=0" into "EnableProxyLibrary=1" in the enbseries.ini file. Obviously any additional shaders will result in a different final output compared to running the ENB setup alone.
Enjoy roaming the forlorn streets of Los Angeles in the dead of night!
