I really like what you have done here and i think it would fit really well into my server. We have bosses tuned to be group content and with skyheim magic + Vahleim Legends there are ways to apply buffs and heals to other players.
For visual clarity, is it possible to implement a bar that changes color depending on the %? Something like BetterUi's item durability bar. I think this would make the mod look really nice and would be a really good addition to people using the above mentioned mods
A bar is certainly on my list of plans as I agree, visually it would be very nice to have than just reading the text. I have a lot of UI head scratching to do but will see if I can get some ideas from BetterUi's implementation. Aedenthorn's mod (specifically his clock mod) was a significant help getting that far.
Perhaps? I was going to show applied status effects but unfortunately the local player doesn't know anything about the status effects applied to remote players (at least not in a client/server relationship). I'll check and see if Stamina is accessible.
I looked into it really quickly and by default the calls to GetStamina() and GetMaxStamina() return hard coded values for remote players. Remote player's attributes aren't provided to other players ... well <something> is but it's a hardcoded value at 100/100/1 (stamina/maxstamina/percentage).

It could be interesting while battling mobs or each other.
