For all who are initially lost like myself: You need to edit the config file of the plugin.
Go to: Steam\steamapps\common\Valheim\BepInEx\config and edit the file sean0x72.UltrawideUiMod.cfg with a text editor. Here you will find the settings.
I found these to be good for 5120x1440:
Left HUD pixel offset = 400 Right HUD pixel offset = 400 Would have been nice to have this in the mod description.
Sorry about that. Was my first time making a mod, still learning. Then went on hiatus, got busy with work and took on a freelance job. I'll work on updating the description.
Works in window and full screen mode. Don't think there are common settings as most people are going to have different setups, just adjust to your liking.
Are you talking about a 2 by 2 grid of 4 monitors? or 4 monitors place horizontally? I can update to allow editing the vertical positions as well if that is what you are looking for.
This works with multi monitors as well. The mod allows you to move the bounding box of the in game HUD, so you can control were it will appear on your screen.

So am I setting this to Windowed Mode then moving the window or what?
