About this mod

AutoMapPins mod but with configurations for each pin. Along with custom pins for each object.

Permissions and credits
After using the AutoMapPins mod by Bdew, I found that I needed a bit of configuration for it (as well as many other people).  I reached out and asked if they wouldn't mind if I tried my hand at adding some configuration.  With their permission I have added a configuration file for the mod.

Changes from original Mod:
  • Added configuration file
  • Added option to use colored pins (the dot) or the sprite for the item. Copper nodes will show Copper Ore, Berry bushes will show Berries.
  • Added option to each pin to be able to show it, it's name, and to save it.  The save isn't permanent. It is only for that session. They will vanish if you log out. However they will stay if you move away from the area.
  • Added option to disable multiple pins of the same type within a certain radius. Larger number means less pins in an area. (this is useful for berries)
  • Added scaling options for each pin. By default they will be smaller than the other pins on the map, just so everything isn't clustered.

  • Add ability to upload custom images for each pin
  • Add other spawn types (crypts, spawners, chitin, etc.) - if there is interest

Version 1.0.1

Version 1.0.2

Version 1.0.3

Version 1.0.4

Version 1.0.5

Version 1.0.6
Changed the /AMP-Clear console command to accept a single pin name so you can clear specific types of pins.
Added /AMP-FilterList to list the currently filtered pins.

Version 1.0.7
Slight change around the filter code to potentially stop from encountering a NulLReferenceException.

Version 1.0.8 - Temporarily removed
Fixed issue with pin saving not functioning after adding in the range feature.

Due to optimization issues causing FPS drops the main file is set to 1.0.1 with an optional download for v1.0.6. This will remain this way until I can get a good set of optimizations in place for the pinRange feature and people don't have as much impact while using this mod. With 1.0.6 if you notice a pin that doesn't immediately remove when you get out of range, you should now be able to right click and remove it, if it doesn't remove after moving around some more.
Optimization issues have potentially been rectified. 1.0.7 has been promoted as the main file.  If you encounter large FPS drops on a consistent basis please let me know A.S.A.P.

Currently there is an issue that if you remove a pin manually, it will not be re-added.  I'm looking into why this is happening and how to correct it.

Console Commands:
/AMP? #(for more pages in the future, right now it's just 1)
/AMP-Clear [name] - removes the specified named saved pins
/AMP-ClearAll - removes all AMP created pins
/AMP-Filter - to get a list of filterable pins
/AMP-Filter [name] - name is returned in the list from the previous command, enter without brackets.

Compatibility Issues:
May not be compatible with other mods that make changes to pins, such as PinFilters, Remove Death Pins, Locator, etc.
