Installation
1. Download and install BepInEx Valheim
2. Download this mod and move the `SpudsForsakenTotems.dll` into `<GameLocation>\BepInEx\plugins`
can also be downloaded here

Crafting Recipes
Upgrade effects
Eikthyr Totem
Level 1 - 50% of Eikthyr effect
Level 2 - 100% of Eikthyr effect
Level 3 - 100% of Eikthyr effect + 30% faster stamina regen
Level 4 - 100% of Eikthyr effect + 30% faster stamina regen + 5% movement buff
