Just a simple hue/saturation change to make the mushrooms and raspberries purple, for red-green colour-blind players
I got sick of never being able to find mushrooms, or having to turn the grass off just to have a chance, so purple mushrooms it is. No more needing to be 3m away from a raspberry bush to spot the berries either.
