About this mod
I have created a map for Valheim , using better continents. I always wanted to have a map with distinct "Kingdoms"/continents , harsh enviroment, and wide open space. In my opinion thats gives a little more realism and difficulty level to play the game. This map could also be used for a bigger server to play 20-40 people.

I have used photoshop and illustrator to create this map. I have also created a spawn map to make it a bit more fun. Everything in this map will be a little more agrresive :Bigger mountains, huge plains with cracks in the ground, islands with ashland and vulcanos. Spawn location will make the game a little harder as you will have to travel longer to get to the nearest black forest.
Instructions:
1. You will need better continents and BepInEx mods installed to be able to use the map. Also you might want to download SkToolBox so you don't have to type in every console command by hand.
2.Download the map files and extract them somewhere in the empty folder (Just remember the location).
3. Open the game with mods already installed, and click F1. Make sure better continents is enabled and Debug mode also.
4. Create a random charecter and map (delete the seed and just write any word there.)
5.Once youre in the game click ESC button , then in left top corrner you should be able to see little grey button saying better continents. Click on that to edit the settings. ( In order to close it you will have to move the pop up window to the side so you can see the button again and click on it. ESC doesnt work.)
6. Now you will have to upload the map files. Start with height map file. Copy and paste a directions for heightmap file you extracted earlier, into Heightmap file name window (example : C:\Users\peter\Videos\Valheim\heightmap.png), then click enter to apply.
7. Same thing for Biomemap and spawnmap then click enter. Uploading spawnmap will take a while, dont worry the game did not crash you can see the progress of upload when you alt+tab , in the little cmd witdow open along with the game. Mine took 20+ min to upload so be patient... You will only have to do it once
8. And lastly you will need to change some settings. I would recommend using my stttings for best expierence or try your own.
