This version fixes the issue that the AnyPortal portal list disappears randomly and people had to travel trough each portal to add it back to the empty list.
I AM NOT THE AUTHOR AND I WON'T FIX ANYTHING! I just uploaded the fix of someone else. Please post bugs etc at the original mod and hope for him/her to come back.

AnyPortal is one of the best QoL mods out there, but the list getting cleared all the time was a pita. The mod itself seems abandoned however, so I put this fix here for the time being. Please inform me as soon as sweetgiorni is back and pulls the fix.
