EDIT POST: This mod has some great potential. When disabled in the F1 config manager, everything with the hammer works normally. When enabled, I can set some very vulnerable pieces to a high hit point level so I don't lose my boat, say, to a wandering Neck nibbling away while beached. Same with portals, beehives, and other pieces that are not interacted with very often. If I want a whole building to be protected, I could set a ward and then change the value under the ward all at once. If only the mod came up disabled so I can selectively set the stuff I want to protect without setting the universal high value to all of my previous stuff, it would then excel.
I do not recommend this mod right now as it permanently changes all of your made and repaired objects' damage stats to a very high level without a way to easily revert them back to their original value. I had to go through all of my buildings and objects and reset their values, piece by piece by piece. I also had to go to several houses I had repaired all over the place and revert the stats back to some normal range. Fortunately once the mod is disabled, the thing I build is set to its normal level. Disabling the mod does NOT revert the stats. Good mod poorly implemented with no easy way to undo the changes. That said, it does let me set the durability level of something I made so it does not easily get destroyed.
The high values for the damage remain at 100000 even AFTER I disable your mod. I am a new player but I am savvy at tech. Even using the config manager does not seem to change anything. The only solution I can come up with is to uninstall my game and reinstall it JUST to undo this.
Yes, you're applying the health to each building piece. You can lower the health again by setting a lower value in GOML and then using the repair hammer on the item. You can do this to a large area by placing a ward and activating it (everything in ward radius gets set to GOML's health value) Hope that helps if I'm understanding you correctly.

Are there any updates planned for this mod by chance? Thank you a heap, this mod has saved us from griefing many times!
I don't post any new mods or updates to Nexus, so best you check Thunderstore.
