Adds the avatar's line-of-sight to the map uncovering algorithm..

This mod adds line-of-sight to the minimap exploration. It's incredibly early in development and at this point more a proof-of-concept than anything.

- Map is not just uncovered where you are, but also where you're looking
- Terrain and structures block line-of-sight, (climb a mountain to uncover all nearby areas!)
- Fog reduces the view distance (wait for a sunny day before you go adventuring!)
- Doesn't mess with the vanilla Minimap code (should play nice with mods that change that~)
- Vortex support
- Settings to modify the uncovering behavior
- Authorative Server configuration for multiplayer purposes
- A binocular item to see (and uncover) distant places

- Basically, the code shoots a bunch of raycasts from the camera's position to where the camera is looking and uncovers whatever it hits
