Offered to help MadMAX713 with a couple bugs, he gave the go ahead but not heard from him in a month. This is a series of Patches to resolve conflicts, add to Leveled lists and fix some spawn issues. Replaces the Raider Overhaul AE Patch.

I never understood lore wise, if the US Military was spending so much time and money developing combat drugs, had BioCommMesh for COMBAT armor and had create fully functional power armor with built Automatic Medical systems they didn’t include BioCommMesh for Power Armor.
